Waste Management
Waste management is an important part of our sustainability strategy, focused on reducing or recycling materials used as part of our daily business operations, whether in the office or on site.
As a direct labour provider, we do not always have the final say on every aspect of a project, but always actively seek methods to minimise our waste through our advising our clients and being selective in our supply chain procurement.
We understand the construction industry is responsible for 62% of the UK’s total waste, and 32% of waste sent to landfill. Our goal is to minimise our contribution to this, while creating an educated workforce who are empowered to instigate change through their actions.
Our goals
Eliminate single-use plastics across our business operations by 2030.
Achieve zero avoidable waste across our business operations by 2035.
Reduce the use of paper printouts by 50% by 2025.
