The UK’s construction water sector is important because it underpins almost every major infrastructure project, from housing and rail to energy, roads, and flood defence, while also playing a key role in climate resilience and public health.

We provide temporary and permanent staffing solutions to Water projects. We were partners in the integrated labour desk on Thames Tideway – one of the UK’s largest ever urban infrastructure programmes – a new high-capacity sewer tunnel built deep beneath London to dramatically reduce sewage pollution in the River Thames. We also work with several contractors involved in Asset Management Period 8, supporting sewage spills reduction, environmental protection, and river health, resilience, and fixing ageing assets like the Guildford Sewage Project, where we provided temporary labour to BAM.

Water projects differ from standard construction requiring mandatory basics like EUSR, utilities inductions, strong safety culture, and documentation. The sector is risk- averse – labour quality, compliance, and trust matter.
