Reliable Contractors has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.
We empower our people to actively identify, report and help prevent any instances of modern slavery across our business operations, including those of our supply chain and clients.
Providing a safe and secure work environment is paramount to our business, ensuring staff are protected from exploitative practices and receive the fair treatment they deserve.
This includes providing the National Living Wage to all our staff, as well as monitoring resource deployment to eradicate excessive working hours.
Our goals
Deliver Modern Slavery Awareness training to 500 site and all office staff by 2025.
Introduce Modern Slavery Awareness Champions into thE business by 2025.
