We supplied a wide range of skilled civils and plant operatives, CPCS-accredited Slinger/Signallers, Tractor Drivers, and Concrete Pump Operators. All our personnel operate in full compliance with nuclear standards and undergo regular vetting, training, and upskilling. 

We’ve pioneered wellbeing initiatives on Hinkley that address site-specific risks, including fatigue management, occupational health support, and locally based accommodation. These measures help keep our teams safe, motivated, and supported, and have contributed to high workforce retention throughout the project. Our work with partners such as Women into Construction has also opened doors for more diverse talent.
