• CSCS Green Card – Working toward Blue Card
• Driving license
• Full understanding of duties required for construction works
• Capability to work to instruction with minimal explanation Preferred

• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Start Time: 07:00
• Finish Time: 18:00
• Shift Pattern: Day shifts / night shifts as applicable Overtime
• Monday to Friday: Time and a third
• Nights: Time and a half
• Weekends: Time and a half Health and Safety Risks The successful candidate will be expected to promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring site rules and procedures are followed. Key risks associated with the role include:
• Slips, Trips and Falls – Keep work areas tidy
• Manual Handling – Use safe lifting techniques
• Excavation and Uneven Ground – Follow site procedures and use designated access routes
• Moving Plant and Vehicles All site-specific risks and control measures must be confirmed through the project RAMS, risk assessments and site induction.
