General Labourer (Plymouth) – Fulltime
An opportunity to work on our MOD project in Plymouth, delivering major redevelopment works over the coming years.
PAYE basis
Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
Must Have:
- Green CSCS Labourer Card
- Previous experience working on construction or infrastructure projects preferred
- Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Reliable and proactive approach to work
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties
- Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance
- Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years
This role is site based – Monday to Friday
45 hours per week 07:30am – 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general labouring duties across the project
- Assist tradespeople and site teams with daily activities
- Load, unload and move materials around site safely
- Keep work areas clean, tidy and free from hazards
- Assist with setting up and maintaining work areas
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site management
- Comply with all Health & Safety procedures and site rules
- Support the successful delivery of major MOD infrastructure works
