Jon is a highly experienced health, safety, and well-being professional with a proven record of working on major UK infrastructure projects. Since joining Reliable Contractors in 2022, Jon has brought a proactive and people-first approach to site safety, embedding a culture of behavioural safety and wellbeing. His qualifications include NEBOSH, CAVA, SMSTS, and mental health first aid, alongside an extensive training portfolio, including accredited harness and manual handling courses. Jon plays a hands-on role across high-profile projects such as HS2, Thames Tideway, and the TransPennine Route Upgrade, delivering toolbox talks, site inspections, and safety inductions, while also advising on strategic safety planning. His ability to build rapport across all levels makes him a trusted advocate for a safer, healthier work environment.
