Anna Bieda

Anna brings more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, having started her career in 2013 and developed a broad understanding of the sector through a variety of compliance, operational, and management roles. As Senior Compliance Manager, she is responsible for ensuring the company’s services meet legislative requirements, health and safety standards, industry regulations, and client expectations. Anna oversees the performance and continual improvement of our Integrated Management System, with responsibility for areas including data protection, fleet management, facilities management, risk assessments, and company reporting against key objectives and performance indicators. She manages and maintains a range of industry accreditations and certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Constructionline Gold, RISQS, CHAS, Building Confidence, and Builders Profile. Her extensive industry knowledge, proactive approach, and commitment to continuous improvement play a key role in supporting Reliable Contractors’ high standards of compliance, quality, and operational excellence.
