Lucasz Kondratowicz

Bio – Lukasz joined Reliable Contractors in August 2024. He’s responsible for driving our growth aspirations through building strong, trusted relationships with strategic and focused clients and developing a strong pipeline of sales opportunities across new business. He is very passionate about the infrastructure sector, having spent more than 20 years working in recruitment, covering a variety of roles, and providing staffing solutions to some of the UK’s most iconic projects like Blackfriars Bridge, Hinkley Point, Northern Line Extension, Thames Tideway, and many more. He is also a dedicated supporter of several industry initiatives, being a member of the Women in Nuclear UK’s chapter, promoting mental health awareness through outdoor activities, and encouraging and mentoring the younger generation to explore a variety of employment opportunities in the infrastructure sector. Maintaining a positive attitude, work ethic, integrity, and perseverance are some of the key pillars of his approach to the role.
