Electrical Supervisor

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR – WHITE HAT ⚡
📍 Somerset

We are recruiting an experienced White Hat Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical teams on one of the UK’s largest energy and infrastructure projects.

💷 Approx. £33.00 per hour PAYE Direct
📅 Duration: 2–6 months, with potential extension
🚀 Start: Immediate/ongoing, subject to security clearance
📄 Basic rate aligned with the ECS Agreement

Responsabilidades principales:

Supervising electrical teams across designated work zones
Leading daily briefings, toolbox talks and coordination meetings
Reviewing permits, isolations, RAMS and controlled-area documentation
Ensuring compliance with nuclear safety and quality standards
Monitoring progress, productivity and programme requirements
Promoting behavioural safety and reporting hazards or incidents
Coordinating with site management and interface contractors

Requirements:

🔹 ECS Supervisor/Gold Card or equivalent supervisory qualification
🔹 Experience supervising electrical teams on major construction or infrastructure projects
🔹 Strong leadership, safety and compliance knowledge
🔹 Nuclear or regulated-environment experience preferred
🔹 Right to work in the UK
🔹 Willingness to complete HPC vetting, onboarding and mandatory training
