As today marks the final day of National Apprenticeship Week we thought it would be a great idea to highlight one of our most successful apprentices to date, George Levy, he was placed on site in September 2016 as an apprentice completing a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, he will become a fully qualified Fitter/Fabricator in the coming months.
George’s mentor on site, Scott, had nothing but praise for him, stating the following:
“We trained him to the man he is today. We helped him build his confidence and I can honestly say he is a different person to who he was 3 years ago and he’s doing really well. He’ll soon be a qualified fitter and that’s something to be proud of. Reliable are going to gain a fantastic worker when he is fully qualified.”
Scott also commented on how George had excelled on heavy machinery and plant and stated how honest he is saying that if he isn’t sure of something he will always ask, which has only helped in the learning process.
Reliable Contractors are proud to have an apprentice like George working for us, and we look forward to having a fully qualified Fitter in George working with us for the future.
